In 2010, Steve built Stereotypical Studios as a home base for his solo project, Steven Stereo. Over the years, he’s also recorded The Failing Hearts, Recording Club, and countless other projects.
The Failing Hearts
The Failing Hearts feature Mighty Joe Castro on guitar, J Scraddle on bass, keys, and vocals, and your’s truly on drums and production. They are known for their movie soundtracks, such as Brian Wild’s Summer School Girls from Outer Space and The Boog, with a special appearance by legendary Troma Film’s director Lloyd Kaufman.
