Starting his artistic career off as a drummer for local philly punk bands, Steve Levandoski has written for literary magazines such as the Oddville Press, Microfiction Monday, and runs Next In Line Magazine. Combining his love of film and music, Steve recorded, mixed and mastered the soundtracks for the Boog (Featuring Lloyd Kaufman) and Samurai School Girls from Outer Space, by Brain Wild with his band The Failing Hearts in his home studio. Being on set spark ignited a frenzy of Screen Writing. Steve’s first film, Period, animated by Lee Eschliman, played at the PUFF Film Fest, Chico Independent Film Fest, and the Bucks County Film Fest. His script for Salad Daze placed in Scritopolooza, The American Screen Writer Conference, and Red Flight Pictures Screenplay awards. (Anyone interested in producing Salad Daze, please contact me.) He also appeared as an extra in the movie Alice and the Vampire Queen, streaming on Tubi. Steve lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Lisa, and their pug, Phil Collins. Steve likes most dogs more than he likes most people, which suits most dogs and most people just fine. If you find him roaming the streets off-leash, please do not chase.
